UGC for e-commerce & product brands
Product UGC people actually stop scrolling for.
E-commerce feeds are full of clean product shots and nobody stops for another one. We build UGC around the specific doubt a buyer has right before purchase — does it stain, does it actually work, is it worth it — and test it on camera instead of just showing it.
How we approach it
Here's how we approach UGC for e-commerce.
- Start from the pre-purchase doubt. Every product category has one thing people hesitate on before buying — that's the hook, not the product name.
- Test it on camera, don't just claim it. A visible test (does it stain, does it hold charge, does it actually taste good) is more convincing than a voiceover claim.
- Cast for the product, not for "a creator." Talent is chosen for hand shape, skin tone, or delivery style that fits the specific product being shown.
- Cut for both organic and paid. The same asset needs to work as a native post and survive being run as a Spark or whitelisted ad.
- Keep posting between drops. New-product UGC is one piece of a bigger need — restocks, behind-the-scenes, customer moments. That's ongoing social content and short-form editing, not a single video.
